It's a residental squat in Antwerp, at the riverfront. Houses ~5 people, who pay minimum rent (just costs).

* Leave marks in the doors. See that no one is entering in the house.
* See if there is electricity and water around the house.
* Check who is the owner: Only squat houses that the owners are the banks or "vulture funds":
* BANKS: http://www.inmobiliariasbancarias.es (Solvia, Servihabitat, Altamira inmuebles, SAREB (It´s called "the bad bank").
* VULTURE FUNDS (for example in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, "Blackstone" owns most of the houses)

After 48h, the police can´t kick you out.
Start working:
* Take the maximum of furniture possibl
* Make a food order.
You have to tell them that the door was open, that someone cheat you or whatever, but NEVER say that you broke something to enter inside.
The process of kicking you out is the next one:
* The first thing they do is to tell the owner that you are in the house.
* They will contact you for negotiating your exit, they will say that if you go out they will not denounce you and talk about shit, somethimes they pay you money if you go out.
* If you say not the first thing they do is to identify who is living (is VERY IMPORTANT that only one person says that is leaving here, if they find more people they will punish all of them, so the rest of the people are just friends, they are not living here). It can go from:
* The bank take your personal data and demand you.
* A judgment is made and you have to declare
* A long process happen and finally they come with a court order and say you when you have to leave the house, if you don´t want to be kicked out with force.
