Totalism.org hackbase / CHT is an infrastructure project in Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain), researching, developing & practicing the transitional technologies, theory, tactics and arts of post-capitalism. Since 5 years the project is setting-up nomadic camps in dessert area of Lanzarote Cannary Islands, Spain. 

As live-in hackbase, CHT aims specifically on developping all-inclusive infrastructures rather then focussing on so called (but highly problematic) "all inclusive communities". This comes from the conviction that human relations are all to easily "contaminated" by personal preferences, peer pressure, dynamicss that define the ins and outs of a group etc. Therefor CHT states that it is not the communities but the(ir) infrastructures that should be all inclussive.  <<<(needs some revisions, better written etc)

In order to research what those infrastructures should be like, but also in order to get a better / deeper understanding in how inequality (?) in diff levels of society keeps on existing, we look into (hyper)personal situations, so both on micro as macro level, make analyses of those events and replicate them in situational graphs and models. These representations are an importaint domain in our search for replicable models that transcend individual interests since they offer hyper personal relational models that givei nsight in the bigger and more complex narratives of society today.

In relation to Climatewhirl, CHT proposes to transplant our research off socio-personal models to the context of the forest. As trees, and the forest in general, is known to be a hyper complex bio network and infratstructure of (mutual) care. All is in constant movement and the dense architecture of a woods that is full of life ... etc broeierige density of 

We would then use the different types of geological and atmospheric, ...data gathered in the research stations as basis for interpretation into relational models. We imagine the topology of these models as basis for a speculative design for human behaviour beyond the mere human mind(?). What would it mean to relate to the world from the behavioural perspective of a tree? The concrete material results of this research can go in many directions and are to be developed in situ and in relation to the concrete and specific data. However, and next to the "guaranteed" graphical representations, we think of e.g a theatre pieces / reenactment of the tree behavious, a script or protocol that enables a broad implementation inplanting of this ... but maybe also an etnographic museum that tells about tree-cultures, etc

Als live-in hackbase, richt cht s research zich doelbewust op het ontwikkelen van infrastructurele modellen in plaats van het huidige community-adagio dat het huidige politiek linkse klimaat zo kenmerkt.
In de idee dat "menselijke voorkeur" en relaties al te vaak slachtoffer zijn van externe (media) invloeden, tracht cht de experimentele fase van de infrastructuur om te zetten in repliceerbare modellen die de individuele belangen / persoonlijke relaties omzeilt in een egalitair systeem (??? bunch off bad sentences, but first the entire plot, then the details!)

Om dit te doen gebeurd er veel onderzoek naar bestaande micro en macro situaties die net gekenmerkt worden door deze al te persoonlijke relaties. Het verzamelen van data, de analyse ervan en de vertaling naar representatie systemen is een van de specifieke onderzoeksvelden die binnen cht worden ontwikkeld. Hieruit ontstaan Hyper persoonlijke relationele modellen die inzicht bieden in grotere en complexere narratieven van society today.

Met betrekking tot Climatewhirl stelt cht voor dit specifieke onderzoek naar "persoonlijke socio-relationele modellen" te transplanteren naar de forest context en aan de hand van diverse geologische athmosferische data te kijken naar welfe topologische modellen te lezen zijn. De topologie van de bekomen modellen kan als speculatief model voor menselijke situaties dienen
