¶*** Proposals
<---------------------------- (new): PROPOSALS
* mails should have numbers in titles (via mailserver!)
submails should be easily referable as well.
same for paragraphs - there needs to be some way to capture points in paragraphs.
this further means they can be marked as for example "PROPOSALS", which triggers other platforms etc.
* setup Kanban ?

¶ BASIC LINKS
With regard to tools, we decided to keep things simple for the time
being and, besides the mailing list, to set up a wiki
> https://hacc.uber.space/wiki/
as a place for more permanent documents as well as a Matrix chatroom
> #hacc:matrix.org
> https://matrix.to/#/#hacc:matrix.org
for quick discussions. As for the etherpads, I'm guessing @David won't
mind if we continue to use
> https://pad.totalism.org
Peter was nice enough to quickly register/find some domains, and the
wiki is already reachable at https://hacc.wiki, the other domains are
`hackvironment.org` (registered) and `hacc.fyi`.
We didn't talk about this during the discussion, but I also took the
liberty of creating a mastodon account

¶X) "greener congress"
* being a teardown was totally essential
* i saw many things:
* food being randomly allocated - no idea where it went
* where do all the materials go (wood, etc)? where were they sourced originally?
* how much gear transport is going in and out (i heard something like 50 trucks" somewhere)
* could some of this be shared and then redistributed in endpoints?
